TIMES BONTANG, JAKARTA – Have you ever dreamed of being a barista? Or at least just trying to be like one just for once? Well, you could have this experience at Manis Ae Coffee Sidoarjo. This café allows you to brew your own coffee and adjust it to your own taste.

Located at Jalan Taman Pinang Indah BB1 No. 1 Sidoarjo, East Java, this Coffee trying to give you another experience you have never had before. The barista will ready to accompany and guide you the whole process. 

Anton Soekamto, the CEO of Manis ae Coffee and Space said that the service was merely his concern toward the customers. He didn't want the customers to just spend their time without getting new experience in their life.

"So the customers will get something that they don't get from another café. And we would like them feel like that this café is their second home by brewing their own coffee," Anton said.

He also said that this is one of their way to get closer to their customers. This practice has been done since February 2021, the first time the café was established. They have experienced barista that they sent to accompany the customers.

They called the concept as manual brew. "Mostly only several customers who asked for the service. They usually know about coffee and made some coffee to fit their taste," Anton added.

Manis Ae Coffee will accompany the customers starting from grinding, brewing to the Latte art. With Bohemian and Industrial garden style, Manis Ae Coffee of Sidoarjo will be a perfect place to hang out and release your stress after work.  (*)
